The bag itself measures 11×14 cm and is made from organic merino wool felt and smoked and brain-tanned deer hide with a mother of pearl cabochon over the robust snap at its closure. This bag opens up to reveal an organic cotton lined-inside and has a band-stitched cotton twill edging around the entire bag and flap. I strategically used the bag of the hide on the bag to highlight the knife marks left by the Indigenous craftsperson who tanned the hide.
