Strawberry Medicine Quillwork Kit
The beautiful kit is to make one pair of strawberry medicine earrings that are done in porcupine quills and beadwork, with two different options for a border and either hanging or studs style. These kits have everything that you need to make one beautiful pair of quilled earrings including beads, needles, thread, and hand-dyed and ethically harvested porcupine quills, printed pattern on stiff backing, 22k gold-plated earrings hooks, smoked and braintanned deer skin backing, complete PDF instructions with step-by-step photos, deer antler quill flattener, bead mat, and a sticker sheet and bookmarks.
These kits are slightly more expensive than my regular beadwork kits as I sort, wash, hand dye and hand select each quill for the kits, but are an amazing self-directed class for those who have always wanted to learn basic quillwork.
If you have quills of your own at home, the PDF is available on its own here: https://www.indigenousnouveau.com/shop/p/strawberrry-porcupine-quillwork-pdf-instructional-not-a-kit
This is a slightly more complex kit than the regular bead work kits that I have, so I recommend that you have a background and sewing or a little bit of bead work before attempting this project.
